Tanna Guthrie received her auctioneering license in southern Indiana where she sold real estate for the Guthrie Development Group. But she really began her auctioneering career 25 years ago when she joined the morning show on KYYS radio. At a station promotion on the Plaza, Tanna got on stage and started talking....fast. She hasn’t stopped since.
Over the years, Tanna has raised millions of dollars for worthwhile causes by conducting auctions for several organizations including the American Heart Association, Children’s Mery Hospital, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Operation Breakththrough.
Because of her involvment in the community, she was named one of KC Business Magazine's "Influential Women of 2013."
